The Reilly House

History:
The building was built circa 1950 as the nurse's quarters for The Hospital For the Incurables. The only other structure on the Addictions Care Campus was a garage, which was used for ambulances and other vehicles. The Community Education Training Center was built on that site in 2002. In 1976, Father Peter Young obtained the 90 McCarty Avenue property and donated it to the Albany Citizens Council on Alcoholism. The ACCA opened a 12-bed halfway house for alcoholic men. In 2001, the building was closed and the clients moved to the new 24-bed halfway house across the driveway.

The Reilly House:
The Reilly House is a transitional residential program for men in recovery from alcohol and drugs. Admission is on a case-by-case basis but clients must have completed an OASAS licensed Community Residences Program.
The Reilly House has 12 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, two living rooms, a library, a country kitchen, dining room and laundry room.
