This workshop will focus on the process of grief, the need to address it actively as part of a comprehensive treatment plan, and the role of substance-free living as a trigger for other unresolved losses.

Bio:
John F. Crowe, CRC, LMHC, is a certified rehabilitation counselor, licensed mental health counselor and board certified sexual abuse therapist with more than 28 years of experience providing services to individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives. His particular specialization is in working with male survivors of sexual abuse and people diagnosed with PTSD with histories of addiction. John is presently in private clinical practice in Albany, New York and is a popular speaker who has presented on trauma informed treatment at conferences throughout the United States and Canada.
